Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW)
Our service to the building industry does not stop at the local level. We are committed to our industry and as such support the activities of the BIAW. BIAW is the voice of the housing industry in the state of Washington. National Home Builders Association (NAHB)

Northwest Door & Operator Association (NWDOA)
Established in 1980, the Northwest Door & Operator Association of Seaside, Oregon, is a proud group of Dealers and Suppliers representing the Overhead Door and Access Control Industry in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Our trade association provides resources for both garage door dealers and consumers who are looking to install or repair their door systems.
EPA Lead Safe Certified Firm
To work towards completely eliminating the hazardous effects lead poisoning can have, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires that all contractors, renovators, and painters who work in pre-1978 homes and/or child-occupied facilities be certified and follow lead-safe work practices.
